Refunds/Terms Of Service
REFUNDS:
4 Oneness return/refund policy on goods that are found to have manufacturing faults and are accepted by 4 Oneness, is to exchange for goods of equal value or to provide a credit towards the purchase of other goods at 4 Oneness or a refund at our discretion. Please email us with a photo of fault or call us on 0417522707. For change of mind or colour change please contact us directly as there will be no refund on these terms and postage will be at your expense. For other important information regarding returns and general terms, please refer to Terms Of Service section.
TERMS OF SERVICE:
1) 4 Oneness return policy on goods that are found to have manufacturing faults and are accepted by 4 Oneness, is to exchange for goods of equal value or to provide a credit towards the purchase of other goods or a refund at 4 Oneness discretion.
2) The title of goods shall not pass to the buyer until full payment has been received and payments are cleared by 4 Oneness.
3) All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by 4 Oneness.
4) 4 Oneness will not deliver to third party addresses unless otherwise agreed.
5) 4 Oneness will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
6) Customers are responsible for any costs incurred by unclaimed goods or refused shipments.
7) 4 Oneness will use its best efforts to ensure that delivery is timely but cannot be held liable for any delayed or lost goods.
8) In the event of a return for credit, 4 Oneness will deduct the cost of freight incurred from the amount refunded.
9) 4 Oneness' liability for the goods ceases at the point of dispatch.
10) 4 Oneness will not be liable for any goods returned that are found to be free
of faults or goods with physical damage or damage caused by improper use. In such cases the customer shall be liable for freight costs.
11) No returns will be accepted without a proof of purchase provided by the customer. The invoice (or copy of) is to be presented for any claims.
12) Any unauthorised returned goods will not be accepted and will be sent back at customer's cost.
13) 4 Oneness will not accept, refund or replace any damaged goods caused by improper use or damaged in transit.
14) If an order is cancelled less than 14 days before dispatch a charge of 30% of the invoice price will be charged.
15) 4 Oneness products are not to be resold/retailed through Ebay, by party plan or through any 3rd party company such as Etsy or MadeIt without written permission from 4 Oneness.
16) Wholesale terms are only available to genuine retailers.
19) 4 Oneness reserves the right to decline supply to any person or business that it deems to be unsuitable as a retailer or distributor of 4 Oneness products.
20) 4-oneness operates relative to the trading laws of Tasmania, Australia.
